Bugfixes and Quality of life!

Hello! In my attempts to remove the need to download RPGmaker XP's RTP package before you can play, I had forgotten to import some of the provided assets into the game, causing the game to crash when it attempted to call them. This new version should rectify that!

There is also an NPC within the spawn location that will teach you Haste, a spell which gives you a speed boost outside of combat, and an evasion boost inside.
